Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-organized Front Desk Executive / Receptionist / Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and good knowledge of office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain records and data entry using Tally and MS Excel.
  • Coordinate office activities and assist in administrative tasks.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for important documents.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and provide clerical assistance to the team.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is a must.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,286.53 - ₹13,000.00 per month
