Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, manage incoming communications, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and emails
Maintain front desk and reception area in an orderly fashion
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor needs
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the reception area
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

Graduate
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Experience

1–2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
