Handling incoming calls and providing information to patients or directing them to the appropriate department.
Assisting with appointment bookings, inquiries, and medical directions.
Assisting patients with inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
Managing patient flow to ensure appointments are timely.
Addressing any issues or complaints in a calm and professional manner.
Organizing and maintaining patient forms and medical records.
Processing billing and insurance claims.
Ensuring confidentiality of patient information (HIPAA compliance).
Communicating with medical staff and departments regarding patient needs.
Helping to organize hospital procedures and services for patients.
Collecting co-pays and payments for services rendered.
Assisting patients with billing questions and ensuring proper insurance processing.
Keeping the reception area neat and organized.
Managing waiting areas and ensuring patients are comfortable.
