Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
• Manage front desk operations including guest registrations, reservations, and handling inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Provide information about resort services, local attractions, and travel directions
• Ensure front office areas remain tidy, organized, and presentable
• Monitor bookings, manage walk-ins, and maintain proper records using property management software

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holiday schedules
