Job Description

About the Role:

Parth Hospital, Nadiad is looking for a reliable and organized Admin & Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role involves managing front desk responsibilities along with basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the hospital.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  2. Handle incoming phone calls and respond to patient queries.
  3. Manage appointment bookings and maintain the doctors’ schedules.
  4. Send reminders to patients regarding appointments and follow-ups.
  5. Assist patients during the check-in and check-out process, including guiding them for payments.
  6. Maintain basic records, files, and correspondence (emails, messages, etc.).
  7. Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient hospital operations.


Who We’re Looking For:

  1. Good communication skills (English/Gujarati).
  2. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  3. Friendly, patient, and organized personality.
  4. Prior experience in reception or administrative work preferred, but not mandatory.
