Job Description

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients as they enter the office, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Managing Phone Calls: Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary and ensuring effective communication within the organization.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various clerical tasks, including sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintaining Reception Area: Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, organized, and inviting for visitors.
  • Handling Inquiries: Provide information about the organization’s services and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Coordinating Appointments: Manage calendars for appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling and use of resources.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,730.48 - ₹25,759.86 per month
