Job Description

Front Office Executive / Hotel Receptionist – Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage online, walk-in, and phone reservations
  • Inform guests about payment methods, policies, and billing procedures
  • Register guests by collecting required information such as contact details and stay dates
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms as per availability and preference
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, room types, rates, and amenities
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean, prepared, and fully furnished
  • Confirm group bookings and arrange personalized services for VIPs, events, and wedding guests
  • Upsell hotel services and facilities to enhance guest experience and revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest details, and payments
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
