Public relations & Social media marketing specialist

• Will handle Pulastya Wellness Resorts digital promotional activities e.g. creating reels, anchoring for pulastya’s & any special events of NHF group.
• Will handle all the graphics designing & posting related work for the Pulastya & NHF group.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media & marketing trend and create the best content.
• Research digital communications trends and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain a strong presence of our social media channels across all digital platforms.
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital posting / marketing & answering to the queries to the HOD’s.
• To brainstorm new creative growth marketing strategies for Pulastya & NHF group
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• To evaluate end-to-end customer experience, analyze interactions across all channels and touch points using data-driven insights, identify pain points and opportunities, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote the services, food, accommodation & products of the resort to prospective customer/ clients, develop business & generate good revenues for the group.
• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about resorts’s products, food & services.
• Arranging Organizing events, conferences & other functions.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure content consistency and brand messaging
• Maintain positive professional relationships with clients & Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue.
• Being the respective employee you will have to be available for long hours depending on work company accommodation will be provided to you.
• Daily reporting- Provide continuous, constructive reports & results to the management & key decision-makers.
• You will have to take care of overall marketing of Pulastya Wellness Resort (All Units – Bhagwanpur Uk, Kalsiya & Badshahibagh UP).
