Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. This role requires proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to ensure smooth office operations.

Greeting and Assisting Visitors:
Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.Direct visitors to appropriate departments or individuals.Manage visitor check-ins and check-outs, ensuring proper security protocols.Handling Phone Calls:
Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously.Take messages and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate party.Provide information and assistance over the phone as needed.Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.Manage and organize the front desk area to ensure a clean and efficient workspace.Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.Customer Service:
Address client inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate person.Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.Provide accurate information about services, products, and company policies.Mail and Package Management:
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages as required.Booking and Coordination:
Manage reservations for services or facilities, if applicable.Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.Financial Transactions:
Handle cash transactions and process payments if required.Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and receipts.Emergency Procedures:
Be familiar with and follow emergency procedures, including evacuation plans.Assist in emergency situations as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
