Job Description

Key Responsibilities: (Apply Female Only)

  • Greet and welcome visitors/clients with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain office reception area
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks (data entry, filing, documentation)
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office functioning
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Handle courier, stationery, and other office supplies
  • Support HR/Administration in various activities as assigned
  • Having basic knowledge of Accounting and inventory management
  • Looking Admin activity along with good communication.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with a pleasing personality and good communication skills
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good command over English & Hindi (knowledge of local language is a plus)
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹18,600.00 per month
