Role : Receptionist/Front Desk Executive No of Positions : 2 Location : Mehsana and Ahmedabad Job Timings : 6 AM to 11 AM and 4 PM to 9 PM. Required Experience : 3+ Years Salary : As per experience level + Performance Incentives Responsibilities: Greeting and Check-in: Greet members and guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide assistance with any questions they may have. Customer Service: Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing information about gym services, memberships, and events. Membership Management: Assist with membership sales, renewals, and cancellations. Update member information in the database. Scheduling: Schedule appointments and classes, ensuring accurate scheduling and communication with members. Administrative Tasks: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, track attendance, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Problem Solving: Address member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of member memberships, payments, and other transactions. Skills: Customer Service: Excellent communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with a wide range of people. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer software for administrative tasks. Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Organization: Ability to keep records, manage time, and prioritize tasks. Record Keeping: Ability to maintain accurate records of member information and transactions. Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
