Company: Childhood Smiles Pvt Ltd shift timing: 11 am to 8 pm week off either sunday or monday Key Responsibilities: Welcome patients and parents with positive attitude. Manage appointment scheduling (in-person, phone, WhatsApp) ensuring minimal wait times. Maintain patient records and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes. Handle incoming calls, messages, and email inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist in billing, payment collection, and maintaining daily cash reports. Coordinate with dental assistants and doctors for patient flow management. Manage inventory of front desk supplies and ensure a neat and organized reception area. Provide information about dental services, treatment plans, and clinic policies. Assist in basic administrative tasks, including filing and data entry. Handle patient feedback and escalate concerns to the clinic manager when necessary. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Knowledge of Hindi is a plus). Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach. Proficient in MS Office, basic computer operations, and using appointment scheduling software. Ability to handle a multi-tasking environment calmly and efficiently. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Polite and empathetic approach while dealing with children and parents.
