Front Desk Receptionist in Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
• Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and manage office inquiries
• Support lead qualification by engaging with walk-ins and phone or email queries
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handover of leads with proper context
• Maintain visitor logs, office supplies, and ensure front office organization
• Coordinate daily office operations and assist with scheduling and basic admin tasks
• Communicate effectively across channels to resolve customer queries
• Share feedback and assist with reporting and documentation tasks
  

Requirements

• Graduate in business, hospitality, or related fields (preferred)
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have experience in customer-facing or administrative roles (preferred)
• Be comfortable working 6 days a week and in a startup environment
• Have a polished, friendly, and proactive personality with a problem-solving mindset
