Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks including greeting and assisting guests, answering and directing phone calls, managing reservations, and performing clerical duties. The role also involves maintaining communication with guests and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and excellent Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills and ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Experience in hospitality is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are advantageous
• Proficiency in using office software and booking systems
