Job Description

Job Title: Guest Relationship Executive

Location: Kanakapura
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Industry: [Hospitality / Real Estate / Retail / Corporate Offices – specify as per requirement]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about services, facilities, or products.
  • Manage front desk operations including calls, emails, and visitor logs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet guest requirements promptly.
  • Address guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive company image through excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic front desk systems.
  • Ability to multitask and handle guest queries with patience and professionalism.
