Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join us as a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. This on-site role is based in Visakhapatnam. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with clerical duties. The candidate will also provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including scheduling and basic office tasks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism
• Detail-oriented and organized with a friendly demeanor
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software is a benefit
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
