Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our gym members and visitors. The role involves greeting clients, managing memberships, handling inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming environment at the front desk. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage member check-ins and verify memberships. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries. Provide information about gym services, membership plans, and promotions. Process membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations. Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts. Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization. Coordinate with trainers and staff for scheduling classes or personal training sessions. Address customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary. Keep accurate records of attendance, membership, and transactions. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Previous experience in customer service or reception (fitness industry experience is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, POS systems). Positive attitude, punctuality, and professional appearance.
