Job Summary: The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role requires a professional, friendly demeanor and strong communication and organizational skills to manage the front office efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests/visitors with a positive and helpful attitude. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain front desk security and follow access control procedures. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and maintain records. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for office upkeep. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments. Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation. Requirements: Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelors degree preferred. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a front office/reception role. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
