Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage front-desk activities, including handling couriers, maintaining visitor logs, and ensuring a tidy reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence.
  • Ensure tea/coffee is served to clients and visitors as needed.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the reception and office areas.
  • Call potential leads provided by the sales team and introduce the company’s products/services.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate lead details.
  • Answer basic inquiries related to company offerings and escalate complex queries to the sales team.
