Therakids - Child Development Center is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Front Desk Operator to join our team.
Location: Noida
Position: Front Desk Operator
Experience: 0–2 years
Job Description: Greet and assist parents and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Manage phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling. Maintain daily attendance and record-keeping systems. Coordinate with therapists and educators for smooth session management. Handle administrative tasks like billing support, document filing, and follow-ups.
Qualification: Graduate (any stream). Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Sheets). Let’s work together to make a difference in every child’s learning journey.
