Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner to resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for occupancy.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including registration forms and billing information.
  • Supervise receptionists and provide guidance on hospitality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in front office management or related field (front desk, guest handling).
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle diverse customer needs.
