Job Title: Front Desk Executive / Telecaller Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Executive / Tele caller to manage reception responsibilities and handle customer calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong computer knowledge to manage daily operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate department. Conduct outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, feedback, and sales support. Handle customer queries, explain services, and provide accurate information. Maintain visitor records, call logs, and databases using computer systems. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Support administrative tasks such as courier handling, front office supplies, etc. Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable at all times. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Requirements & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Fresher’s with good communication & computer skills can also apply). Prior experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or Tele caller preferred. Must have computer knowledge – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), emails, and data entry. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
