Stride Study Abroad, founded by Mr. Jatin Batra in January 2022 in Surat, Gujarat, is dedicated to making study abroad dreams come true with a hassle-free process. We provide language classes including IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and more, ensuring education is accessible to all. Our experienced counsellor team assists students in selecting the best country and course for their studies, applying to suitable institutions, and obtaining their visas on time. Our pre-arrival team supports students from visa receipt to class enrollment abroad, including flight tickets, airport pick-up, and accommodation arrangements.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Front Desk Executive. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Daily tasks include greeting visitors, managing appointments, answering inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties
Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
Organizational skills and proficiency in basic office software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
