About Us

Maan's Chandigarh IAS Academy is a reputed IAS Coaching Institute dedicated to guiding aspirants towards success in UPSC and State Civil Services examinations. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; provide accurate information about courses, batches, and schedules.
• Maintain records of student inquiries, admissions, and walk-ins.
• Assist in the admission process, including form filling, fee collection, and documentation.
• Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth functioning of daily classes.
• Manage reception area cleanliness, display boards, and student notices.
• Provide administrative support such as data entry, attendance maintenance, and scheduling.
• Address student/parent concerns and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
• Prior experience in front desk/reception/admin roles preferred (education sector advantage).
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Pleasant personality, confidence, and ability to multitask.
