Job Description

Lodha Group is looking for Front Desk Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Greeting Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors and guests as they enter the office or facility, creating a positive and professional first impression
Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments, and provide information or assistance to callers Reception Area Management: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable, including arranging magazines and brochures Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, employees, and management using scheduling software or manual booking systems Visitor Registration: Collect and record visitor information, issue visitor badges, and ensure security and access control if required Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as coordinate outgoing mail and shipments Customer Inquiries: Address inquiries and provide information about the organization, its products, services, or policies to clients and visitors Admin Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
