Key Responsibilities:
o Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
o Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
o Handle incoming and outgoing courier and mail services.
o Maintain office supplies and support office coordination tasks.
o Maintain records of visitors, couriers, and communication logs.
o Liaise with HR, Admin, and other departments for smooth day-to-day functioning.
o Support event arrangements and conference room bookings.
o Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
o Support attendance and leave management.
o Manage courier, and logistics.
o Supervise housekeeping, security, and office maintenance staff.
o Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Skills & Competencies:
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
o Polite, professional, and well-groomed appearance
o Good organizational and multitasking abilities
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
o Attention to detail and confidentiality
Qualification & Experience:
o Education: Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
o Experience: 0–2 years in a similar front office or customer service role preferred
