Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to grow within a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inquiries from distributors, B2B clients, and customers efficiently.

· Provide clients with necessary information via email in a timely manner.

· Forward incoming calls to the appropriate team members for resolution.

· Coordinate with clients and visitors.

· Address customer queries through phone calls, emails, and chats to provide quick and effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Strong English communication skills
• Strong expertise in MS Office. (Advanced Excel, Google Sheet, PowerPoint)
• Ability to daily commute to Goregaon West.

Work Experience: Min 1 year relevant experience.
