Front Desk Executive (Female)

• Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the clinic.

· Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently using the clinic’s scheduling system.

· Maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

· Ensure proper maintenance of the reception area and keep it neat and organized.

· Assist with light cleaning duties, including dusting and organizing materials and supplies in the reception area.

· Assist clients with filling out forms and provide additional support as needed.

· Review client records and ensure weight loss sessions are scheduled according to the individual treatment plans.

· Responsible for operating weight loss machines & conduct weight loss sessions on clients as per their schedule

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Minimum graduate degree or equivalent qualification. Freshers can apply

· Good communication skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

· A professional appearance and a pleasant, friendly behaviour.

· Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office, clinic management systems).
