Job Description

  • Reception & Customer Service:
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the right person or department.
  • Answer phone calls and take messages or transfer them to the correct person.
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies and keep the reception area tidy.
  • Assist with general office tasks like filing and photocopying.
  • Communication:
  • Provide information to visitors and clients.
  • Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Other Duties:
  • Assist with organizing office events or meetings as needed.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.

FEMALE FRESHERS CAN APPLY

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
