Job Description

As a Patient Care Coordinator, your role will involve greeting and attending to patients both in person and over the phone. You will professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients, ensuring all interactions are handled with care and professionalism. Your responsibilities will also include answering all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information, scheduling appointments between doctors and patients, and completing accurate documentation of patient visits. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone - Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients - Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information - Schedule appointments between doctors and patients - Complete accurate documentation of patient visits Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital setting - Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi languages Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with additional perks such as performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. Your work location will be in person.
