Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Executive role located in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Executive will handle receptionist duties, manage phone inquiries with professional etiquette, and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and offering support in administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and a professional demeanor when engaging with clients and team members
Excellent Phone Etiquette and receptionist duties handling, including managing inquiries effectively
Customer Service proficiency to address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
Effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask, remain organized, and demonstrate attention to detail
Proficiency in basic administrative and computer skills is an advantage
Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is a plus
