Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive, located in Bhopal. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling appointment schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring the front desk is well-organized. The Front Desk Executive will also be responsible for assisting with general inquiries and ensuring positive first impressions for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant experience in a similar role is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
