Job Title: Front Desk executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and well-organized individual to manage our front desk operations as a Receptionist / Front Desk Associate / Front Office Executive. The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling calls, scheduling, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
· Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls.
· Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed.
· Handle incoming/outgoing courier, posts, and emails.
· Keep the reception area neat and presentable.
· Support the HR/Admin team in clerical and filing tasks.
Required Skills & Competencies:
· Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Polite, Presentable & Professional attitude.
· Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively.
Qualification & Experience:
· Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration.)
· 0-3 years of experience in front desk, reception, or office administration.
· Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
