The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling calls, scheduling, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: · Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. · Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls. · Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed. · Handle incoming/outgoing courier, posts, and emails. · Keep the reception area neat and presentable. · Support the HR/Admin team in clerical and filing tasks.
