We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Executive to join our team in Rajkot on a Full-Time basis. This position is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience, offering an excellent opportunity to kickstart a career in front desk operations within the education sector.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Strong knowledge and skills in aviation, hospitality industry, and study abroad industry are mandatory for this position (Mandatory skill).
  • Hands-on experience or understanding of front desk operations to effectively manage daily reception activities.
  • Proficiency in hospitality management to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for clients and guests.
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide top-tier service and address client inquiries and feedback efficiently.
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Basic skills in using office software, such as MS Office, to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach towards addressing client and organizational needs.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors with a professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.

  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a tidy reception area.
