Salary: 17k - 22k (Depending on Experience)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Cum Property Manager located in Udaipur. The role involves managing front desk operations, including greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing information about the hotel's facilities and services. Daily tasks also include overseeing property maintenance, coordinating with housekeeping staff, managing bookings and reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively. Additionally, the role requires the management of team schedules, inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong front desk and customer service skills, including greeting guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
• Experience in property management, including overseeing maintenance and coordinating with housekeeping staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage guest inquiries and complaints
• Organizational skills to manage bookings, reservations, and team schedules effectively
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
