Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk cum Admin Executive in the Aditya Group of Institutions. Following are the roles and responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
Coordinate with security for access permissions.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
Route calls and messages to appropriate departments.
Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information.
Manage internal communication channels when needed.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness.
Responsible for handling Administrative work
Handle basic data entry and document management.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Professional Phone Etiquette
Professional appearance and attitude.
Experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
