Front Desk Assistant

At Hops N Chops we believe in creating memorable dining experiences through great food and warm hospitality. We're currently looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Desk Assistant to be the first point of contact for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage reservations and walk-in seating using our booking system
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take to-go orders
• Communicate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth guest flow
• Handle guest complaints or direct them to the appropriate manager
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and entrance area

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or host/hostess experience preferred (but not required)
• Friendly, professional, and well-spoken demeanor
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer or reservation system knowledge a plus
• Must be punctual and reliable

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
