Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

Attendance Management:

  • Track and record daily attendance of employees using the attendance system.
  • Assist in generating attendance reports for management as required.
  • Address attendance discrepancies by coordinating with the HR department.
  • Provide guidance to employees on attendance policies and procedures.

Administrative Support:

  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support HR and other departments with clerical duties as needed.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.

Customer Service:

  • Handle inquiries from visitors and staff, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate resources.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all visitors and employees.
