Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a Back Office & Admin Executive to manage administrative operations, support accounting and documentation tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office and Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily back-office operations, filing, and documentation.
  • Maintain records, data entry, and prepare reports.
  • Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounting using Tally (if applicable).
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks.
  • Support HR and management with scheduling, attendance, and coordination.
  • Answer calls, emails, and maintain communication logs.
  • Ensure smooth office workflow and assist in process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Tally (preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
