Profile Summary

This role focuses on managing and strengthening client relationships, ensuring regular communication, calling, and client updates regarding ongoing services. The candidate will support client satisfaction, handle concerns promptly, and contribute to organization growth by retaining existing clients and identifying new business opportunities. Ideal for a fresher or someone beginning their career in marketing, this role requires strong interpersonal abilities and good communication skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Actively engage with clients through direct communication, calling, and professional interaction to build long-term relationships.
• Apply marketing-oriented strategies to improve client retention and service satisfaction.
• Negotiate effectively with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Perform detailed quality checks for research publications, articles, reviews, and related academic content.
• Keep clients updated about new service offerings and solutions.
• Analyze client concerns and provide effective resolutions while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Contribute to ongoing company growth by identifying opportunities within existing client accounts.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Education: Masters preferred – MBA Marketing, MA, MSc, BSc, Pharmacy, or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong understanding of client relationship handling; familiarity with research publication processes is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Basic proficiency in digital tools (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality work.
• Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Customer-focused mindset with willingness to learn and grow.
