As a Telesales Agent at our UAE Based International Process, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by effectively generating sales leads, engaging potential customers, and converting leads into successful sales through persuasive communication over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting products or services persuasively, understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, maintaining customer engagement, achieving monthly sales targets, and keeping detailed records of sales activities using CRM software. Collaboration with the sales team to develop strategies, staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends, and continuously enhancing sales techniques are also key aspects of the role. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
