Job Description: As a Ground Staff at Viswamitempowersolution, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our company. Your primary role will be to assist in the day-to-day activities of the company, including but not limited to:

Greeting and assisting visitors and clients
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department
Maintaining and organizing company records and documents
Assisting in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
Assisting in the planning and execution of company events
Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the office space
