About Mavericks Edu:

Mavericks Edu is a leading Ed-tech company in the Indian education sector, catering to the needs of working

professionals. We offer a variety of management programs through an online mode, using best-in-class learning

methodologies to shape skilled managers, executives, leaders, and entrepreneurs.


Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct cold calls on received lead applications for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.

 Provide detailed information about educational programs and assist potential students in the application

process.

 Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

 Regularly update and manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

 Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.


Requirements:

 Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

 Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

 Prior experience in cold calling and lead generation (preferred but not mandatory).

 Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

 Strong organizational and time-management skills.

 Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
