Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls on received lead applications for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.
Provide detailed information about educational programs and assist potential students in the application
process.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Regularly update and manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Prior experience in cold calling and lead generation (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
