Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Fresher Business Development Executive – Sales to join our IT company. This is an entry-level role for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of sales and client relationship management within the tech industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in generating leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn Learn to understand client needs and pitch our IT services Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales team members Support in preparing basic proposals and follow-up emails Maintain client databases and update CRM tools Learn about IT services, sales strategy, and communication best practices Work closely with senior BD executives and reporting managers Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any relevant field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn about IT services and the sales process Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Positive attitude and a desire to grow in the sales domain Female candidates only Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
