Fresher Architect Engineers

Greetings of the day!!

We are having openings for Architect Engineers in our esteemed organization named as "Libra Valuers" , I am forwarding the profile of our company for your reference.

Right now we have 55 Civil engineers across Mumbai & Pune for property valuations. We do all types of property valuations of industry. As of now we require candidates for our process (report drafting at our Mira road office) unit as well as property survey in Mumbai Pune & Ahmedabad for property valuations.

Preferred locations for Backend Process Unit will be Bhayander, Mira road, Dahisar & Borivali locations local candidates will be preferred as trains are not working on a regular time table.

Requirement for Backend Process Unit Candidate:

1. Typing speed should be 35 WPM.

2. Should have good knowledge of MS Office & report writing.

Preferred locations for Backend (Site Survey) will be from Malad to Virar locations as the Office is located in Mira Road & local candidates will be preferred as trains are not working on a regular time table.

Requirement for Backend Support Staff:

1. Should have done Architect or Diploma.

2. Should have knowledge about Building Byelaws

3. Competent & having knowledge of Local DCPR 2035 Mumbai & UDCPR

4. Should be local to the base location.

Terms, Conditions & Policy of the Company (For Backend Support Architects):

1. Salary (14000/- Per Month (Fixed) + 3500/- Conveyance (Variable Pay) For Site Job + 5 Lacs Insurance) - Yearly Increment will be applicable based on performance

2. Bike & License are mandatory

3. 2 Years Bond

4. Original Degree Certificate (Handover to Company until he / she works for Bank as per Audit Aspect & Risk Perspective)

5. Typing Speed minimum 40 WPS
