Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers. Participate in code reviews and contribute to design discussions. Document technical processes and user manuals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals. Learn and adapt to new technologies as per project needs. Desired Skills & Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong understanding of basic programming concepts (e.g., Python, Java, C++, etc.). Familiarity with databases (SQL), web development, or basic networking is a plus. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Nice to Have (Optional): Internship or project experience in software or IT support. Exposure to version control systems like Git. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
