Job Description:

Candor International School is seeking a dynamic and qualified French Teacher to join our world-class faculty. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in international curricula such as IB / IGCSE / Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging French lessons to middle and high school students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and language proficiency levels.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports individual and group learning.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and assessments to monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators for interdisciplinary learning.
• Encourage students to develop their communication, reading, writing, and speaking skills in French.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher interactions, and co-curricular activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in French or relevant field.
• Teaching certification (B.Ed. or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Prior experience in international curriculum (IB / IGCSE / Cambridge) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.

Joining: Immediate / As per notice period

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
