Job Description

French Language Expert

Key Responsibilities

Translate and interpret content between
French and English
(emails, documents, reports, chat, or calls)
Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients, partners, or internal teams
Support customer service, operations, sales, or content teams with French language expertise
Review and proofread French content for grammatical and contextual accuracy
Assist in preparing bilingual documentation and presentations
Maintain professional communication standards and meet turnaround timelines

Required Qualifications

Graduate degree
in any discipline
French language certification B1 level
Strong written and verbal communication skills in
French and English
Good understanding of French grammar, vocabulary, and cultural nuances

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in translation, customer support, BPO, KPO, or international process roles
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
Basic knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience

Freshers or candidates with 03 years of experience
