About the Role:

Freight Paperwork Processing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process incoming digital freight documents, including freight bills, bills of lading, and accessorial receipts.
• Identify load numbers, categorize and separate pages by document type, and upload them accurately into the TMS.
• Validate load and order information, checking costs, reference numbers, and quantities for accuracy.
• Identify missing or incomplete documentation and follow procedures to collect and reconcile it.
• Maintain accurate and organized digital records while adhering to company data standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely processing.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
• Clear communication skills for team coordination.
• Familiarity with logistics, freight, or TMS systems is an asset.
